Monel Wire Mesh
We have advanced loom for weaving in monel wire mesh.We can supply other special material wire mesh products,such as: nickel wire mesh(Ni-Cr),monel wire mesh,titanium wire mesh and so on.
Weave Pattern:plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave.
This 400 grade monel is highly resistant to the corrosive action of acids, alkalides and salt water. It has the same strength of mild steel.
Monel Woven Wire Mesh is often used in marine applications such as piping systems and strainer baskets as well as in chemical processing equipment and heat exchangers. Please see below a typical chemical analysis of Monel Woven Wire Mesh.
Packing: waterproof paper with plastic cloth,then put into wooden box.

Alloy 400 has corrosion resistance properties against folowing sea-water and is extensively used for marine applications.
Alloy 400 is also extremely reisitant to stress corrosion cracking in most freshwaters. alloy 400 used in steam generators,feedwater heaters,cladding of offshore installations,pump and propeller shafts,marine fixtures and fasteners,also chemical processing equipments.
Alloy K-500 is a nickel-copper super alloy with characteristics and corrosion resistance same as the alloy 400.Due to the addition of Aluminum and titanium alloy 500 offers greater strength and hardness than alloy 400.
