Construction Details
The clean bench consists of case fan, high-efficiency filter, variable air volume blower, medium-efficiency filter, workbench, and optional antistatic ion gun. The cabinet is constructed from powder coated steel or stainless steel, with removable stainless steel worktops for easy cleaning. Direct control system includes fan switch, light switch, and anti-static ion switch.
Application Areas
Ideal for biochemical experiments, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics assembly, and other precision industries requiring ISO 5 clean class environments. The system draws air through the fan, passes it through static pressure box and HEPA filter to achieve purified air output.
