Ceiling mounted fan powered cleanroom air filter module with energy efficient powered clean room level air filtration with all-welded construction, integrated prefilter section, electronic fan speed control, and aerosol distribution plate. Each unit may be controlled through remote control with each unit have a unique communication identifier. The Pharmaseal FFU accepts gel or gasket seal filters that are available in efficiencies from ISO 15 E to ISO 65 E inaccordance with the new ISO Standard 29463-1.
FFU is abbreviation of Fan Filter Unit. It is a modular terminal air supply device with its own power and filtering effect. Its main function is to inhale the air from the top of the FFU by the fan and filter it by HEPA, and the filtered clean air is evenly sent out at the air velocity of 0.45m/s+20% on the entire air outlet surface to meet the cleanliness requirements of the clean environment.
