This two-in-one pleated panel filter combines H13/H14 high-efficiency filtration with active carbon granule technology, specifically designed for clean room FFU (Fan Filter Unit) applications. The filter effectively removes airborne particles and odors simultaneously.

Available with aluminum frame, galvanized box, or stainless steel frame construction. Custom thickness options available to meet specific customer requirements. The expanded area pleated production process ensures maximum filtration efficiency with lower resistance and higher dust holding capacity.
Installation & Operation Guidelines
Important Notice
- First remove dust and large particles from the air stream
- Air passage through activated carbon layer should exceed 0.1 seconds
- Maintain air relative humidity below 80%
- Keep air temperature under 50°C
- Perform periodic replacement as needed
