3.How long is your delivery time? Normally 10-15 days for small bulk after get payment and specification confirmed, delivery is differ from different equipments and qty for bulk production.

4. What's your payment terms?
 50% deposit after PI confirmed and balance 50% should be paid before shipment. If the order's total amount below $5000, It should be paid 100% in advance. 

5. Do you provide samples? Yes, we can provide sample, but the customer should be pay sample fee and shipment cost. The sample fee can be refund after official order placed for same models.
