The air volume control valve features a diamond-shaped double blade design with four standardized blade widths. Soft laps between blades ensure excellent hermetic sealing properties.
Valve body frame is cold-rolled from 2mm galvanized sheet with CO₂ welding or Q235 plate welding. Blades are formed from 1mm galvanized corrugated sheet with square shaft insertion or 2mm G235 steel plate with round shaft welding.
Available in manual and electric versions with four material options: iron plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate, and stainless steel plate. All variants share identical body structure and dimensions.
