The Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a self-contained air supply device with integrated motive power and advanced filtration capabilities. Air enters from the top, passes through HEPA filters, and exits through the outlet with uniform distribution, supporting modular connection operation.
Designed for particle control in clean environments, FFUs are ceiling-mounted with coverage rates from 25% to 100%, available in standard dimensions of 2'×4' or 4'×4'.
Applications
Suitable for Class 10,000 to Class 10 clean rooms, ultra-clean production lines, clean closets, and other controlled environments requiring high-purity air.
