Application:
The purpose of this production line is the application of a helical layer of copper or aluminium wires over a cable core.
Electric Control System:
The Synchronal control for separate motorized taping machine consist of PLC and Touch screen. It's easy to operate by setting-up of all parameters on touch screen. All process parameters can be recollected. Unique program and date collection system ensure machine running stable and reliable. The precision of lay length is less than 3% when energency stop and less than 2% when normal stop of line.
