The machine is used for single-layer steel armoring or copper wire screening of cables, as well as twisting Al and copper wires, stranding control cables, rubber and insulated cables, also metal-taping function.
Main Features:
1.The main shaft is made of a seamless steel tube, supported by double-row roller on both ends.
2.The back-twisting is completed by planetary gears which are bevel gears subject to heat treatment and have good resistance to abrasion and continuous motions.
3.The dog pin for the bobbin has spring inside, easy for loading and unloading the bobbin.
