1. Description
- Cage type stranding machine is worked with 100% back twist movement.It is suitable for steel core aluminum stranding
- wires, aluminum clad steel, bare copper, bare aluminum, power optical cable and stranding of other wire materials.
- It can be used as laying up of 19/37 cores control cable and steel wire armoring cable.
- It adopts magnetic hysteresis tension controller to provide bobbin tension. A set of bobbin bottom diameter detector is
- installed in each section of the cage to automatically detect the change of the position from full bobbin to empty bobbin,
- and then feed back to PLC, which adjusts the output torque of magnetic hysteresis tension controller to ensure constant
- tension.
- DC main motor drives the stranded body through the ground shaft or AC induction servo motor drives each segment
- of the stranded body.
- The machine adopts MMI+PLC control system, pre-setting stranding pitch, stranding direction, automatic tension
- control and synchronous control of traction and take-up.
- The machine provides loading-crane and loading-car for selection.
- It can be equipped with maximum 24 filling devices according to customer requirements.
