1. Description
This machine is mainly used for stranding 7-core steel cored aluminum stranded wire, aluminum stranded wire and copper stranded wire. The appearance of the unit has been planned and designed by professionals, breaking the conventional manufacturing process, with an atmospheric appearance, stable high-speed operation and low noise.
The programmable controller and touch screen of the machine control the start, operation and synchronous rotation of the motor of all parts of the machine. The pitch is set on the human-machine interface, which is accurate, fast and convenient.
The 6-bobbin cylinder adopts large bearing double support structure to replace the traditional supporting wheel structure. The pneumatic clamping cradle and external wiring mode are convenient for operation and suitable for high-speed rotation, thus improving the production efficiency

2. Characteristic
2.1 This tubular stranding body is a whole with little radial run out. It's supported on the bearing on both ends, and runs at a very low noise.
2.2 Bobbin is clamped by disc springs and released by pneumatic control device.
