Excellent Performance Jlk-500-1+6+12+18+24 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine
1. Application: JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is used for stranding copper or aluminum wires, round or sector compact conductors. It also can be used for pre-twisting, compacting and stranding of sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1). High stranding speed: adopting the newest frame structure stranding cages, a thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, casting iron gearbox, transmission gears processed by grinding treatment, casting steel stranding drum, casting iron capstan, all these designing highly increase the rigidness of stranding cages, the strength of of transmission system, the cage rotating speed and the producing efficiency.
2).Synchronous function: according to different stranding requirements, the cages with different bobbins can combine freely, every cage can set with synchronous pipe to stranding more wires, which realize the multi-function of one machine
3).Single wire pre-fromer: every cage is set with single wire pre former which can make the cross of stranded smoothly and compacted
4).Convenient for overall auto loading: adopting the newest side bottom auto loading device which is nice in appearance convenient in maintenance, also high increase the efficiency of loading and unloading.
5). Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: adopting separate motor transmission instead of traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission which simplified the complicated mechanical system and decrease the maintenance difficulty, the energy consumption and the noise of workshop. The separate motor transmission make the pitch continuously adjustable, which is good for improving the manufacturing technology. Adopting imported PLC to command and coordinate the whole line and imported touch-screen to display and set the technical data online. Adopting imported motor speed regulator which have reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6). Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: once the gear ratio of gearbox is set, the strict proportional relation between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is fixed and the stranding pitch would never change in the course of starting, running and stopping of machines, which ensure the accurate of synchronization of each cage and easy operated electrical control system
