1. Application:
This machine is mainly used for the production of low-carbon steel wire armor for large cross-section cables and non retreat twisting of aluminum alloy wires; It can also be used for non untwisted stranding of copper circular wire cores.

2.Overview of equipment composition:
The entire machine is driven by a separate motor, and the hinge and traction are driven by separate motors. The hinge is driven to rotate through a dedicated gearbox. The control of the entire machine adopts Siemens S7-200 series PLC to ensure synchronization accuracy. In actual production, the operator can set the process parameters such as the pitch of each section of the twisted wire and the speed of the production line on the touch screen according to the required cable specifications. When starting up, the PLC automatically calculates the speed of each transmission part, ensuring the synchronization of the entire machine and the accuracy of the twisted wire pitch, and achieving stepless speed regulation of the entire machine.
The tension of the wire reel of the twisted body is controlled and adjusted by mechanical friction to ensure the stability of the wire reel tension.
The operation of the entire machine adopts Siemens S7-200 series PLC and fieldbus for unified control, coordinating the working status, operation, and speed control of various electrical parts of the machine. The operation touch screen adopts Siemens color human-machine interface to control operation.

Automatic side bottom loading bobbin system

• This device is an automatic hanging plate device at the bottom of the hydraulic drive side, consisting of an auxiliary interference mechanism for the upper and lower plates, a base frame, a flipping hanging plate mechanism, a linear motion guide rail pair, and a hydraulic system.
• When the flipping upper disc mechanism is in a horizontal position, the wire reel is pushed into a fixed position from the upper disc turntable, and the hydraulic drive system begins to work. The piston rod of the hinge connected oil cylinder extends (the wire reel bracket and piston rod are connected in a hinge connection) to drive the upper disc device to flip based on the fixed shaft. When flipping to the set angle, the bottom surface of the guide rail touches the limit device on the hinge base plate and stops flipping. At this point, the piston rod continues to work, and the drive wire tray is driven by a linear motion of the guide rail pair to send the tray along the guide rail towards the side upper plate. When the wire reel reaches the clamping position of the winch body, the piston rod of the oil cylinder stops extending under the action of the limit switch, and the winch body clamping device operates to clamp the wire reel.
• After the wire reel is installed, the oil cylinder piston retracts, and the wire reel bracket moves in a straight line downward along the guide rail. When it reaches the limit at the bottom of the guide rail, the wire reel bracket stops sliding, and the wire reel bracket and both sides of the guide rail flip along the fixed axis until the oil cylinder piston retracts to the bottom, and the wire reel bracket returns to the horizontal position.

5. Electrical control system:

• The power supply is a three-phase five wire system: 380V (± 10%) 50HZ
• This machine adopts a sub motor drive (the motor adopts a variable frequency motor), and each AC variable frequency motor adopts a frequency converter to control the speed. The entire machine is controlled by a Siemens programmable controller, and the Siemens touch screen controls the operation. The main machine starts with a delay after the alarm bell rings.
