1.Application:
This machine is mainly used to copper wire shielding and steel wire armouring.
2.Overview of equipment composition
The equipment is composed of PLC program control+touch screen+variable frequency speed control+pneumatic control. The synchronous performance deviation of the equipment from startup, normal operation, slow shutdown, emergency stop and other states shall not exceed 3% to ensure stable stranding. The electric control system is advanced, easy to operate and reliable.

Our Advantage:
1. BEYDE Copper wire Screening machine, one stranding cage can load many bobbins2. Wire Pay-off bobbin available from Ф200-Ф500.
3. The stranding cage and the taping heads are driven by individual motor, stepless adjustable pitch.
4. The center main shaft is a thick-walled whole length of seamless steel tube, not welded.
5. Stranding cage has Front and back dual supporter, stranding capstan is made of thick steel plate.
6. Three bearings supported to improve the rotating speed.
7. Equipped with Wire-break detection device to stop the machine once any wire breaks.
8.PLC + HMl electrical control system.
