1. Application
It is used for back twisting stranding of steel core aluminum wires , aluminum alloy wires , copper / aluminum wires , insulated wires and control cables . It also can be used for steel wire armoring . It has two types of transmission : ground shaft driven and separate motor driven .
2.Main components:
Pay-off stand, cage, wire die holder, non-metal taping device, meter counter, haul-off device, take up with traverse, transmission system, electrical control system and safety fencing.
Main Character
1. Back-twist: planetary mechanism.
2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
3. The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency synchronization to control the machine.
4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with low-noise.

Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel, 12-reel, 18-reel, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.
