Lantern-type machine general information
Lantern-type machine are used for cables and heavy wires stranding. It is equipped with pay-off and take-up devices, can contain several carriages with coils, their number adapts to technological requirements.

1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding or armouring all kinds of different crosslinking cable,power cable,control cable and charging pile cable production process.all the parts will be assembled together after all the processing, which avoided the possible defects caused by the processing after assembling. so a more accurate and reliable operation. Higher speed, lower noise and more reliable quality.

2.2.The machine is provided with back-twist, electric pre-twist, bobbin is clamped and released by electromotion.

​Bobbin Cage Configurations: 3/1+3/1+1+3/3+3 designs, with bobbin sizes ranging from 630 mm to 1600 mm (DIN 46391 standard)
​Back-Twist Function: Supports back-twisting for round cables but not for sector-shaped cables
​PLC Control: Automated pitch setting and speed synchronization with take-up units
​Haul-Off Units: Caterpillar/belt-type systems driven by independent motors, with haul-off forces up to 25 T
​Optional Add-ons: Taping or armoring devices for enhanced functionality.
