Pay‑off: central pay‑off (for the master core) + 6×PN630 planetary cage; optional side pay‑offs for cores or screens.
Stranding: 630/6 planetary cage with back‑twist (planetary) for compact, low‑torsion lay‑up; 800/3 planetary cage for copper tape screen or additional lay‑up.
Taping: taping head for copper tape or dielectric tape; typical taping pitch and speed ranges are available on comparable 400–630 class machines (e.g., pitch 14.5–279.4 mm, taping speed up to 500 rpm).
Pre‑twist/back‑twist: planetary mechanism provides full back‑twist; cradles can be locked for zero back‑twist when required by product spec.
