Features
1.All Cages, Pre-Spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven.
2.All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max. 30 minutes.
3.Lay is fed in MMI (Operator touch screen) instead of Gearbox. Any lay value in the range can be set & achieved that ensure easy operation.
4.In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.
5.Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electronic pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for maintaining consistent tension by positive motor control system or passive mechanical equipment.
6.Multiple bobbin size available(400,500,630.etc)
7.Mutiple host with mutiple cage number((6.12.18.24.30)) optional
