II. Machine componenets
The machine is comprised of pay-off stand, stranded wire tubular barrel, protective cover, die holder, traction wheel, take-up & traversing stand, electrical equipment etc.
Tubular barrel is consist of 2 sections like seamless steel pipe or long barrel made by steel slab. It is in type of 3 doors, i.e. opening 18 rectangular holes on the round body of barrel, that’s easy for unloading reels. Meanwhile, 3 points are supporting on the tubular barrel, where conical roller bearing are mounted on the gearbox of headstock and double-row centripetal spherical bearing on the gearbox of tailstock; in the middle of the tubular barrel is adopted specialized riding wheel made by cloth laminated board to support the bearing, where inside are equipped with ball bearing, making rotate flexible and less abrasion on the barrel flange.
To realize good connection between riding wheel and barrel flange, screw can be adjusted on the riding wheels.
