Features

1. All Cages, Pre-Spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven.

2. All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max. 30 minutes.

3. Lay is fed in MMI (Operator touch screen) instead of Gearbox. Any lay value in the range can be set & achieved that ensure easy operation.

4. In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.

5. Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electronic pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for maintaining consistent tension by positive motor control system or passive mechanical equipment.

6. Multiple bobbin size available(400,500,630.etc)

7. Mutiple host with mutiple cage number((6.12.18.24.30)) optional

Application

The aluminum machines is mainly used for non-back-twist stranding and compacting of round copper conductor and sector aluminum conductor; and also can be used for non-back-twist stranding of large section,long length copper-cored aluminum wires and aluminum alloy conductors.
