Features and use
This machine is mainly used for flexible cables and large-length bare aluminum, bare copper wire and steel-cored aluminum wire, aluminum alloy wire and sector conductor stranding, circular conductor stranding, pulling and pressing. The equipment adopts 36-stage traction gearbox, double-active and double-traction device. The splitting wheel adopts natural splitting to avoid wiping during stranding. The tension of the equipment is controlled by pneumatic tension, which ensures the tension of the full and empty coils is uniform, and it is equipped with automatic stop device with unique function for complete wire breaking and stopping wire breaking. Direct control to each of the disks, when the line is stopped, the host will immediately stop automatically.
Hydraulic centralized automatic loading and unloading device
Concentrating the loading and unloading bobbins , adopting hydraulic lifting trolley can complete the whole process of turning over, walking and mounting in turn. The operation is convenient and reliable, and the mounting efficiency is stable, fast and efficient.
