4.1.8. Ф 1600- Ф 3150 end shaft paying off frame, the base is made of high-quality steel plate and profile by welding, and the columns can be moved on the left and right sides. The two columns are respectively fixed with large and small brackets, and the end of the large bracket is equipped with a tension adjusting device. The column is made of high-quality steel plate by bending and welding, with beautiful appearance and good rigidity.

4.1.9. The pay off rack can meet the requirements respectively Ф 800- Ф Clamping, loosening, rising and falling actions of 1600 reel. Ensure the reliable positioning of the reel, in which the lifting mechanism can lift left and right at the same time or move separately, the left column can move separately to facilitate the clamping of the reel, and the up and down lifting adopts electrical limit protection.

4.1.10. Setting out tension: adjust the air pressure by manually adjusting the precision pressure regulating valve, so as to complete the adjustment of tension output.

4.1.11. "#" type conductor frame: it is equipped with a conductor frame to make the wire smoothly lead into the winch cage. The conductor frame is composed of two horizontal and two vertical groups of guide rollers, and the gap between the two groups of guide rollers can be adjusted.
