Welded Gabion Baskets are durable wire mesh containers constructed from high-quality steel mesh. These structures are filled on-site with hard, durable stone materials to create mass gravity retaining walls and erosion control systems.
Material Specifications
Manufactured using high-quality low carbon steel wire or galvanized steel wire with 3" x 3" (76.2mm x 76.2mm) mesh openings and wire diameters of 3mm, 4mm, or 5mm. All mesh panels comply with EN 10218-2 standards with tensile strength range of 540-770N/mm², steel grade 0.10% Carbon maximum, and weld sheer strength minimum 75% of wire tensile strength.
