Installation Steps
- Foundation Preparation: Clear loose soil and vegetation, then place geogrid on the foundation
- First Gabion Box: Assemble and position the finished box on the geogrid
- Stone Filling: Fill baskets with stones ranging from 4" to 6" in size, using smaller stones to fill gaps
- Lid Closure: Tie lid sides to adjacent plates and fasten boxes together with high-tensile binding wire
- Additional Stories: For upright walls, align subsequent floors; for stepped walls, offset inward by approximately 500mm
