4. Filling system: The storage tank is made of stainless steel 304, the cylinder stroke works, piston type quantitative filling, non-contact filling, the filling volume can be adjusted freely, the quantitative is accurate, and it has a liquid level control device.
5. Film correction system: Photoelectric eye tracking automatically corrects the film pattern and the cup mouth. 6. Film release system: a sheet of film (vacuum generator) composed of a rotating cylinder, a mechanical arm, a suction cup, etc.
7. Sealing system: It adopts constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressing for one-time sealing, and the sealing head is a combination of copper and aluminum, which is easy to replace. The sealing pressure is adjustable.
8.Automatic filling and sealing machine adopts chain stepping transmission mechanism. Can work continuously for 24 hours.
