BH series thermostat / Miniature thermal protector / Rechargeable battery thermostat

BW & BH series protectors provide reliable protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. These sealed units feature small internal resistance, operate silently, and reset automatically. When current flows through the temperature and current-sensitive bimetal, abnormal conditions cause the bimetal to change state, either cutting off or switching on the circuit. BH series offer enhanced safety compared to standard protectors, with no temperature effect lag during sudden high-current events.

BH series thermal protectors are effective, reliable security protection and alarm devices widely used in:

These protectors prevent damage from over-current and over-heating caused by abnormal operating conditions. Enforced types capable of withstanding 3.5MPa pressure are suitable for built-in installation in plastic coated motors.

BW series universal and enhanced protectors feature large metal casings and consist of thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts with silver alloy contact points, conductive bracket, insulation fixation stand, fixed contact strip, and heat resistance cable. During abnormal operation, when environmental temperature reaches the set value, bimetallic parts perform quick action to open contacts and disconnect the circuit. When cooled to safe operating temperature, contacts automatically close to restore normal operation.
