BW-DCP BW-BCM Bimetallic Thermostat BW-ECP Thermostat BW-DCM
BW & BH series thermostats provide protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. They feature sealed construction, small internal resistance, no noise operation, and automatic reset functionality. When current flows through the temperature and current-sensitive bimetal element, the bimetal changes state due to over-temperature or over-current conditions, either cutting off or switching on the circuit. BH series protectors offer enhanced safety compared to standard protectors, as they eliminate temperature effect lag under sudden high-current conditions.

BH series thermal protectors serve as effective and reliable security protection and alarm devices. They are widely used in various applications including 1.5 horsepower motors, lighting devices, inverter welding machines, switch power supplies, rechargeable battery packs, fluorescent lamp ballasts, portable power tools, electric appliances, and other electrical equipment to prevent over-current and over-heating caused by abnormal operating conditions. Enforced types capable of withstanding pressures up to 3.5MPa are suitable for built-in installation in plastic coated motors.

H20 and H21 series universal and enhanced protectors feature large metal casings and are composed of thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts welded with silver alloy contact points, conductive brackets, insulation fixation stands, fixed contact strips, and heat resistance cables. During abnormal operation, when the environmental temperature increases to the set value, the bimetallic components perform quick action, opening the contact points and disconnecting the circuit. When the device cools to safe operating temperature, the contact points automatically close and normal operation resumes.
