KSD302: Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types
Manual Reset Type
The temperature sensing component consists of a bimetallic strip. When reaching the action temperature range, it snaps quickly to disconnect. The contact point cannot reset automatically - it requires manual reset by pressing a button after temperature declines by 20°C (4~6 N force recommended). The distance between reset button and cover should be ≥20.4mm for proper function.
Auto Reset Type
Similar bimetallic strip mechanism, but automatically resets and resumes operation when temperature declines to the reset point without manual intervention.
