KSD304 Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types
Manual Reset Type
When temperature reaches the action range, the bimetallic strip quickly disconnects. The circuit remains open until manually reset by pressing a button (4-6N force recommended). Requires temperature to decline 20°C before resetting. Minimum 20.4mm clearance required between reset button and cover.
Auto Reset Type
Automatically resets when temperature declines to specified point, without manual intervention.
