Thermal Fuse Thermostat - Bimetallic Thermostat Auto Reset Thermal Fuse
The H20 and H21 series universal thermal protectors feature enhanced protection with large metal casing. These components consist of a thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts welded with silver alloy contact points, conductive bracket, insulation fixation stand, fixed contact strip, and heat resistance cable. During abnormal operation, when environmental temperature reaches the set value, the bimetallic parts quickly activate to open the contact point and disconnect the circuit. When cooled to safe operating temperature, the contact point automatically closes to restore normal operation.

The H20 and H21 series temperature protectors are suitable for rechargeable batteries, ballasts, massagers, micro motors, transformers, electric tools, heating appliances, and instruments.
Operation Types
- Manual Reset Type: Contains bimetallic strip temperature sensing components. At action temperature, the disc disconnects. Requires manual reset button press (4-6N force recommended) when temperature declines 20°C after snap action. Reset button must maintain ≥20.4mm distance from cover.
- Auto Reset Type: Contains bimetallic strip components. Automatically resets when temperature declines to safe operating point after disconnection.
