The KSD301 and KSD302 temperature controllers operate on the principle of bimetallic discs that snap into action when sensing temperature changes. This snap action activates internal contacts to open or close circuits, featuring fixed working temperatures, reliable operation, minimal flashover, extended lifespan, and reduced radio interference.

Reset Types
Manual Reset Type
Features bimetallic strip temperature sensing. At action temperature, the disc snaps open and requires manual reset via button press (4-6N force recommended) after temperature drops ≥20°C. Ensure ≥20.4mm clearance between reset button and cover.
Auto Reset Type
Automatically resets when temperature drops to specified level without manual intervention.
