BW-ABS Thermal Protector Thermal Fuse Auto Reset Thermal Fuse Thermostat
The H20 and H21 series universal and enhanced protectors feature a large metal casing composed of thermal conductive metal, bimetallic parts with silver alloy contact points, conductive bracket, insulation fixation stand, fixed contact strip, and heat resistance cable. In case of abnormal operation, when the environment temperature reaches the set value, the bimetallic parts quickly open the contact point to disconnect the circuit. When cooled to safe operating temperature, the contact point automatically closes to resume normal operation.

H20/H21 Series Temperature Protector Applications
The H20 and H21 series are suitable for chargeable batteries, ballasts, massagers, micro motors, transformers, electric tools, heat electric appliances, and instruments.
Operation Types
- Manual reset type: When temperature reaches the action range, the bimetallic strip quickly disconnects. The contact point requires manual reset by pushing a button after temperature declines by 20°C (4-6N force recommended).
- Auto reset type: When temperature reaches the action range, the bimetallic strip quickly disconnects. The contact point automatically resets when temperature declines to a fixed point.
Note: For manual reset models, maintain at least 20.4mm distance between reset button and close cover to ensure proper function. Product has UL, CQC, TUV and RoHS certification approval.
