Temperature Controlled Switch KSD301 250V16A Temperature Controller
The KSD series thermostat operates on the principle of bimetal discs that snap into action with temperature changes. This snap action activates internal contacts to open or close the circuit. Key features include fixed working temperature, reliable snap action, minimal flashover, extended lifespan, and reduced radio interference.

KSD301 Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types
- Manual reset type: Uses bimetallic strip temperature sensing. Requires manual reset button press after temperature drops 20°C from action point (4-6N force recommended). Minimum 20.4mm clearance required between reset button and cover.
- Auto reset type: Uses bimetallic strip temperature sensing. Automatically resets when temperature drops to specified point without manual intervention.
