Snap-Action Thermostat Thermal Cut Off Switch with 50-150℃ Range Normally Closed or Open Auto or Manual Reset
BW & BH series protectors offer reliable protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. These units are firmly sealed, feature small internal resistance, operate silently, and reset automatically. When current flows through the temperature and current-sensitive bimetal, abnormal conditions cause the bimetal to change state, either cutting off or switching on the circuit. BH series provide enhanced safety compared to standard protectors, with no temperature effect lag during sudden high-current conditions.

BH series thermal protectors serve as effective, reliable security protectors and alarm devices. They are widely used in various applications including 1.5 horsepower motors, lighting devices, inverter welding machines, switch power supplies, rechargeable battery packs, fluorescent lamp ballasts, portable power tools, electric appliances, and other electrical equipment to prevent damage from over-current and over-heating caused by abnormal operating conditions. Enforced types capable of withstanding pressure up to 3.5MPa are suitable for built-in installation in plastic coated motors.

H20 and H21 series universal and enhanced protectors feature large metal casings and are composed of thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts welded with silver alloy contact points, conductive brackets, insulation fixation stands, fixed contact strips, and heat resistance cables. During abnormal operation, when environmental temperature increases to the set value, the bimetallic parts perform quick action, opening the contact points and disconnecting the circuit. When the device cools to safe operating temperature, the contact points automatically close and normal operation resumes.
