Sunrise Foundry is a professional Metal Foundry, located in Ningbo. We have been producing Gray Iron,
Ductile Iron Castings and and any other precision castings for more than 25 years.
We are dedicated to meet different requirements of various customers across the world, products are mainly
involved Agricultural and Construction Machinery, Hydraulic, Mining industry, Municipal Products, some steel
and stainless steel castings for Pumps and Valves, Pipe Fittings, etc.

We have the chemical elements' analysis centre and the mechanical testing centre which include the following quality control measures:
1. Spectrographic analysis, magnaflux crack detection, ultrasonic detection, dynamic fatigue testing, hardness testing, proof andultimate breaking strength test...
2.TUV DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 & ISO/TS16949 available.
3. The good quality control is the key to keep long term cooperation.
4. Material report, dimension report and photos will be sent to customer

Q: How can I get the quotation?
A: Please send us the drawing, quantity, weight and material of the product.
Q:If we don't have drawing, can you make drawing for me?
A:Yes, we are able to make the drawing of your samples and duplicate the samples.
Q:What kind of file can you read?
A:PDF, IGS, DWG, STEP,etc...
Q:What is your way of packing?
A:Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.
Q:When can I get the samples and your main order time?
A:For samples: 30-40 days after start to make mold. For order: 35-40 days, the accurate time depends on product.
Q:What's your payment term?
A:Tooling: 100% T/T advance. Order: 50% deposit, 50% to be paid before shipment.
Q:Where is the location of your company? Can we visit?
A:We are in Ningbo, China. You are always welcome to visit us.
