The steps of how we process an order
 
1. Quotation
An exact quotation will be given if all your requirements are clear. Or we can only offer you rough prices.
 
2. Mold making
After prices confirmation, we will make molds by the drawing and for your confirmation.
 
3. Production
After mold confirmation and deposit, we will arrange production.
 
4. Shipping
Packages will be standard for exporting according to the sizes of products.
Customized packages are also acceptable
 
5. After-sale service
After-sale service is also provided if needed.

2. What is your delivery time for this order ?
Normally our delivery time is 30 days. But if we have the products in stock, then the delivery time will be in about 7 days or less.

3. Can you produce table legs according to customer’s drawings or samples ?
Yes, of course. We can do the OEM and ODM. And your own logo is available too.

4. Are you making by yourself ?
Yes, we are. We have our own factory, so if you want us to do some special design goods, our casting engineer will make the drawing according to your request.

5. Can you send me samples then I can feel your quality ?
Yes, of course. Free samples are available.
