Sunrise Foundry is a professional Metal Foundry, located in Ningbo. We have been producing Gray Iron,

Ductile Iron Castings and and any other precision castings for more than 25 years.

We are dedicated to meet different requirements of various customers across the world, products are mainly

involved Agricultural and Construction Machinery, Hydraulic, Mining industry, Municipal Products, some steel

and stainless steel castings for Pumps and Valves, Pipe Fittings, etc.

Quality Control

1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------- Incoming quality control ( IQC)
2) Checking the details before the production line operated
3) Have full inspection and routing inspection during mass production---In process quality control(IPQC)
4) Checking the goods after they are finished---- Final quality control(FQC)
5) Checking the goods after they are finished-----Outgoing quality control(OQC)

FAQ

Q: Do you test your products before shipping, what if there is any quality problem?
A: We 100% test our products before shipping. If any quality problem does happen, we will replace all the

faulty ones at our shipping cost, or refund to you.

Q: What about lead time?
A: For first order, usually lead time around 45-60 days. For repeat order, usually around 30-45 days.

Q: Do you make custom parts?
A: Absolutely definitely YES! Outperforming the factory original is what we do. We could make parts according to

your sample or drawing, and we could offer suggestions on how to design the products to make it stronger!
