KE9806 10kv High Voltage RMU Test Equipment

KE9801 can simulate user's on-site environment for testing and inspection. It is mainly used to calibrate the error of ring main unit and verify whether the product's functions conform to national standards and industry standards. 

Basic functions:

1. Overall error calibration and metrological verification of RMUs.
2. 10kV measurement box (cabinet) overall error calibration and measurement verification.
3. Error calibration and metrological verification of distribution line loss acquisition module.
4. Overall error calibration and metrological verification of weak output combined transformer and weak input energy meter.
5. Calibration of electromagnetic transformer, electronic transformer, multi-ratio transformer.

Test items:

1. Basic error, creeping test, starting test, time and date, constant check, standard deviation, 485 communication, voltage, current, power factor, frequency error detection.
2. Zero-sequence voltage, zero-sequence current, active power, and reactive power error detection.
3. Harmonic influence error detection.
4. Telemetry detection: current, voltage, power due to numerical detection, increase the amount of comparison, the program can set the load point, verification time and so on.
5. Remote detection: switch on and off test
6. Remote signal detection: cooperates with remote control detection to test FTU (DTU) communication and other functions.
7. Fault current detection: add overload current to the switch that sets the current value, and test whether the switch responds to overcurrent alarm.
8. Protection testing: first overcurrent detection and second overcurrent detection.
9. The power source can simulate the zero-sequence voltage and current and output them.
10. Test of transformer angle difference and ratio error(optional function).
11. Simulated short-circuit ground fault test, typical small-current single-phase metal grounding, low-impedance single-phase grounded, high impedance single-phase ground wave output (optional function).
12. Automatic generation of test reports.
