Type PDP and TDP are integral pneumatic pistons consisting of a U - shaped seal and metal support. It has three functions of sealing, guiding and buffering.
Scope of application: apply to the double cylinder with a cushion at the top. Under the condition of long stroke and bending, it can not bear excessive load.
Working pressure: 1.2MPa
Operating temperature: -30 DEG C to +80, /200 DEG C
The speed: less than 1m/s
Medium: oil lubricated air and dry air and oil-free air (initial lubrication must be applied during assembly).
Installation: these two pneumatic integral pistons should be fixed on the piston rod by locking nuts so as not to be loose. For dry air and oil-free air, the piston and cylinder should be pre lubricated with suitable long-life lubricant.
