RE: For the D2 Series LED triproof light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q3: What is your MOQ? Can I start from 1pcs sample?

RE: NO MOQ. Yes, 1pcs sample order for testing welcomed. Dularays make effort to support every customer.

RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.

Q5: Can you do DIAlux Simulation?

RE: Yes, please send us your demand and parameters of your applications, we have professional DIAlux team to support you, IES files also can be downloaded on our Website or inquire us to send.

Q6: Do you offer intelligent devices?

RE: Yes, PIR Sensor, Emergency, 1-10V, DALI, Microwave Sensor available, please contact us for details.

Q7: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?

RE: Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.

Q8: What‘re the chips and drivers used?

RE: High brightness San‘an SMD2835 LEDs light source,BOKE flicker free drivers for standard configuration. Other brands can be negotiated.

RE: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT or Shipping by Air,by train(for Europe) or by sea for option.
