(1) The exclusive agent has the right to deal with all the inquiries from his area except the inquiries from several old customers, we promise that the prices we offer to the exclusive agent will be not higher than the prices we offered to the old customers. (3) The exclusive agent should arrange their staff to visit at factory at least one time every year.

2.what’s the payment methods you can accept ?
