RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.

RE: Our engineer department have 12 people. We have the research and development capabilities. We also collect regularly each customer feedback. We have product improvement and new product development. We also hold monthly new product launches.

Q3: Do you have IES files of flood light?

RE: Yes. We can send you IES files for your projects. Please let us know your required wattage.

Q4: LEDs are more expensive than other lighting options,why ?

RE: LEDs can operate as stand alone devices,but when grouped or clustered they require additional steps to operate properly. LEDs need proper components such as a circuits can be designed rapidly, but to ensure that they operate correctly and for long periods of time they require testing.

Q5.What’s LGP(PMMA)?

RE: A key component to maximize the uniformity of light, to make the backlight slim and to reorient the line or dot light source such as LED to the plate light source.

RE: Digital addressable lighting interface (DALI) is a trademark for network-based systems that control lighting in building automation.

Q7.What’s the meaning of “Beam Angle “?

RE: The spread of light from a luminaire. For example: a fitting such as a low bay ,which is closer to the floor,will have a wider beam angle to illuminate a given floor area while a high bay fitting will have a narrower beam.
