Q1:How to identify the quality of LED high bay lights?
RE:1. Packaging and trademarks. When buying an LED miner's lamp, look at the packaging and trademark of the lamp. Specific: rated voltage, voltage range, rated power, and rated frequency. Generally speaking, trademarks of high-quality products have good printing quality, clear fonts, and are not easy to fall off. If you wipe it with a soft damp cloth, the traces are clear and not easy to wipe off. There are manufacturer's trademarks and related certification marks. Counterfeit and inferior products have poor printing quality, blurred fonts, easy erasure, and no manufacturer's trademark and related certification marks.
2. Working temperature. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of LED miner's lamp should be very low. Otherwise, the life of LED high bay lights is very short. At the same time, when the energy-saving lamp is turned on, fast flickering or violent fluctuations appear, indicating that the energy-saving lamp has quality problems.
3. Start-up performance. The LED miner's lamp has two characteristics: one is that the higher the temperature, the easier it is to start; the other is that the lamp will not flicker when it is turned off. In addition, it is worth mentioning that many LED energy-saving lamps are very dark when turned on, which is not conducive to the life of the bulb. The LED energy-saving lamp should be equipped with power circuit and PCB board.
4. With or without flash. Stroboscopic is an important factor to judge the quality of lamps. The problems in the use of the strobe lamp indicate that its quality is poor and the manufacturing process is unqualified. Strobe lights are harmful to human eyes. Continuously under the strobe light fixture, dizziness will appear.
