WHEN DO I HAVE TO POUR THE FUEL TREATMENTS INTO THE FUEL TANK?

ERIKC Answer:In order to obtain a good mixture of the product in the tank, ERIKC’s recommends you pour fuel treatments into the tank before topping up to ensure thorough mixing of product and fuel.

FAQ: HOW MUCH FUEL WILL ONE BOTTLE OF FUEL TREATMENT TREAT?

ERIKC Answer:The ratio of fuel treatments to fuel is not critical because the same quantity of detergent chemical passes through the fuel system and injectors/carburettors. ERIKC’s Fuel Treatments are formulated so that one bottle treats up to 80 litres of fuel.

FAQ: CAN THE ERIKC’S PRODUCTS BE MIXED WITH ONE ANOTHER?

ERIKC Answer:We do not recommend mixing any ERIKC’s products. Certain ERIKC’s products can technically be mixed, but the mixture will generally not increase the performance of the products. Moreover, prudence is called for and we recommend contacting the ERIKC’s Technical Department for more detailed information.

FAQ: CAN I USE AN ENGINE OIL TREATMENT DURING RUNNING-IN?

ERIKC Answer:No – During the running-in period the moving parts of a new engine have to adjust to one another. We recommend using a ERIKC’s engine treatments for the first time after the first oil change.
