ERIKC Answer:(1) Clogging of orifices Drain holes with 0.2-0.3 mm diameter wire
(2) Excessive wear on needle seat surface Replace new needle body
(3) Needle valve seizure Clean grinding or replacement
FAQ: Common causes of injector failures and remedy. Needle valve surface burnt or blue-black (diesel overheated)?
ERIKC Answer:Check the cooling system and take care to replace the coupling. The diesel engine should not be overloaded for long periods of time.
