ZHR Rubber Lined Corrosion Resistant Slurry Pump
The ZHR series slurry pumps feature replaceable wear-resistant rubber liners designed for handling corrosive slurries and fine particles. Available in various rubber materials including ZR55, ZR26, and custom OEM options to match specific working conditions.
Recommended Applications
ZHR is a standard heavy-duty slurry pump with rubber-lined wet parts. Wear parts are manufactured from natural rubber materials ZR26, ZR55, ZR33, with additional OEM materials available including ZR08, ZS42, ZS10, ZS12, ZS01, ZS02, ZS21, ZS31, ZU01 and more.

- Pump body, pump cover and transmission parts are interchangeable with ZH, ZM, ZHH pumps
- Interchangeable anti-corrosive wet parts made of natural rubber or customized elastomer materials
- Multiple drive types: direct connection, V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD, SCR control
- Flexible shaft seal options: packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal
Advanced Sealing Technology
Hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant sleeve with "O" Ring protection at both ends safeguards the shaft. Slip fit design enables quick removal and installation.
Sealing Options
Packing Seal: Packed gland type shaft seal available with low or full low flush seal water arrangement.
Expeller Seal: Eliminates the need for sealing water on most applications.
