Key Features & Components
Impeller Design
High chrome alloy and natural rubber impellers are completely interchangeable. Available with 2 to 8 vanes as required, with options for high efficiency, high head, and OEM designs.
Liner System
High chrome alloy and natural rubber liners are completely interchangeable. Easily replaceable liners are bolted (not glued) to the casing for positive attachment and easy maintenance.
Bearing Assembly
Large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and extends bearing life. Cartridge-type housing requires only four through bolts for secure mounting.
Pump Casing
Cast or ductile iron casing halves with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and enhanced safety.
Sealing Options
Multiple sealing types available: Packing seal, Expeller seal, and Mechanical seal to suit various application requirements.
Frame Base
Robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge-type bearing and shaft assembly. External impeller adjustment mechanism allows easy clearance adjustment.
