The 10/8F-ZHR rubber lined slurry pump is a medium-duty industrial pump specifically engineered for handling corrosive and abrasive slurries. With natural rubber wet parts providing exceptional wear and chemical resistance, this pump delivers reliable performance in demanding applications including acid slurry transport, pulp and paper processing, and wastewater treatment.

The rubber wet parts feature outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for acidic working conditions and slurries containing small particles without sharp edges. The complete displacement assembly includes cover plate liner, throat bushing, frame plate liner, and frame plate liner insert.

Manufactured from premium natural rubber compounds (ZR26, ZR55, ZR33), these components ensure excellent performance characteristics including superior wear resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof properties, and an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C.

• Impeller: Interchangeable high chrome alloy and natural rubber impellers available with 2 to 8 vanes as required. High efficiency and high head designs with OEM customization options.
• Liner: Interchangeable high chrome alloy and natural rubber liners bolted (not glued) to casing for positive attachment and simplified maintenance.
• Bearing Assembly: Large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and extends bearing life. Cartridge-type housing secured with only four through bolts.
• Pump Casing: Cast or ductile iron casing halves with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and enhanced safety.
• Sealing Options: Multiple sealing configurations available including packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal.
• Frame Base: Robust one-piece frame cradles cartridge-type bearing assembly. External impeller adjustment mechanism for easy clearance optimization.
