The D/DG series multistage high pressure pump is a horizontal multistage centrifugal pump designed for demanding industrial applications. Engineered to handle various liquids including hot water, oil, and corrosive or abrasive media through material modifications, specialized seals, or integrated cooling systems.

Pump Structure Features
Construction Design
Horizontal single suction multistage centrifugal pump with vertical upward suction and discharge. Modular assembly includes water suction, middle, discharge sections, bearing housing, and pump body bolted into single unit with stage selection based on required head pressure.
Rotor Assembly
Comprehensive rotor system includes shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, and balance disk components. Axial parts connected via flat keys and shaft nuts, supported by rotor or sliding bearings at both ends. Axial force balanced by balance disk mechanism with grease lubrication for bearings and light oil lubrication for sliding bearings using oil ring system and water cooling.
Sealing Options
Dual sealing configurations: mechanical seals or packing seals. Packing seals require precise placement and tension adjustment for controlled liquid seepage. Sealed chamber design incorporates water seal, cooling, and lubrication functions with protective sleeve to prevent shaft damage.

Clockwise rotation when viewed from motor direction.
