ZPR Vertical Rubber Slurry Pumps are engineered for demanding industrial applications with standard lengths designed for common sump depths. For deeper sumps or high shaft speed limitations, an optional suction extension pipe can extend pumping depth by up to 2 meters. These pumps maintain continuous operation even when the top inlet is not submerged, allowing liquid levels to be lowered to the bottom inlet or extension pipe.

The ZP pump model features wet parts constructed from abrasion-resistant metal, while the ZPR model includes all liquid-immersed components lined with durable rubber outer liners, making them ideal for transporting non-edge angle abrasive slurries.

Standard ZP(R) pumps feature cantilevered shafts up to 2400mm long, eliminating the need for shaft sealing and preventing drive end bearings from contacting pumped products. This design significantly reduces bearing failure risk and extends pump wear life.

Wet end components are manufactured from premium 27% chrome white iron or rubber-coated steel, providing exceptional wear resistance and extended service life with minimal corrosion. The robust design handles high-density abrasive slurries, while the large impeller passages prevent blockages from large particles in mining, processing, and heavy industrial applications.

Available in various materials including mild steel, rubber-lined mild steel, and composite options to meet specific operational requirements.

ZP(R) pumps support direct electric motor drive or belt-driven configurations with either fixed speed or variable speed operation.

Equipped with rubber or cast iron upper strainers and cast iron lower strainers to prevent blockages. All strainers are easily removable for maintenance and replacement.

Extended shaft "L" models incorporate column bearings and shaft seals, enabling deeper pumping capabilities for sumps and pits requiring extended reach.
